A: Each Manager or Owner may have different payment terms and dates on which payment must be made. You should contact them directly to hear their policies. Most managers accept credit cards and some owners do.

But guests usually know what they are looking for before they start. A mountain place, a lake front house, a home at the beach or even in the city. Usually the charge is 1/4 of the daily rate for four hours early and 1/2 the daily rate for 8 hours early. And it is not possible to confirm availability of an early checkin until 24 hours in advance.
